The New York Times Spelling Bee has two Spelling Bee pangrams today. The pangrams are BURPING and UPBRINGING.

BURPING means a reflex that expels gas noisily from the stomach through the mouth.

UPBRINGING means helping someone grow up to be an accepted member of the community. It is also defined as properties acquired during a person’s formative years.
